Sever/Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. Your role is crucial in creating memorable experiences for our patrons, whether in a restaurant, nightclub, or fine dining setting.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service and build rapport.
• Process orders efficiently using cash registers or Aloha POS systems.
• Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock and ordering supplies as needed.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Stay updated on drink trends and menu changes to provide informed recommendations to guests.

Skills

• Proven experience in the food industry, preferably in a restaurant or nightclub environment.
• Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations.
• Familiarity with cash register operations and Aloha POS systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of cocktail recipes, wine pairings, and beverage presentation techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Sales skills to promote drink specials and enhance the guest experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.95 - $32.75 per hour

Work Location: In person
