SUSHI NIGIRIBA is an everyday sushi counter offering high quality nigiri sushi in a variety of styles at reasonable prices.
SUSHI BLISSBA is a full table service sushi restaurant.

Front of House (Server / Nigiri Crew) Job Responsibility

The Front of House works under the Store Manager and Assistant Managers, attends customers in our SUSHI NIGIRIBA during a meal, helping them to place their order and ensuring that they receive their food and beverages in a timely manner. They greet customers and engage them in friendly conversation to create a hospitable, welcoming environment. The Front of House is knowledgeable not only about the food and beverages on the menu but also about sushi culture, so are available to explain it to the customers and clarify any concerns about allergies or styles of food preparation.

Server uses order terminals to place order with the kitchen, pour their drinks and serve, checking on other customers in the meantime. They handle the payment and make the correct change, keeping a record of receipts. In addition to taking care of the customers with gratitude, Server Crew helps maintain a clean and hygienic environment by busing dishes, sweeping floors, wiping counter tops and other closing tasks.

Nigiri Crew interacts directly with customers at the counter. This requires communication skills such as answering customers’ questions, confirming additional orders, and asking for feedback. Also, knowledge to implement the ordering system.

(*) The wage includes the service charge/tips and will vary depending on experience and position.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 per week
