Sex Therapist / Mental Health Therapist

Certified Sex Therapist (In-Person, virtual, or Hybrid) – St. Petersburg, FL

Cypress Wellness Center is seeking a Certified Sex Therapist to join our growing team in beautiful St. Petersburg, Florida. We are a well-established, inclusive, and collaborative group practice committed to holistic mental health care. This is a W2 employment position offering flexibility, clinical support, and benefits for both full-time and part-time clinicians.

Position Details:

Location: St. Petersburg, FL (In-person, virtual, or hybrid options available)

Schedule: Flexible, including evenings and weekends if desired

Compensation: $70–$100 per client session, based on experience and caseload

Employment Type: W2

Ideal Candidates Will:

• Hold a current Florida license (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, PsyD, or PhD)
• Have AASECT certification or equivalent credential as a Certified Sex Therapist
• Demonstrate experience and comfort working with a range of sexual health concerns (e.g., desire discrepancies, kink, sexual trauma, LGBTQIA+ issues, relationship dynamics)
• Practice from a sex-positive, trauma-informed, and affirming lens
• Be aligned with our mission of providing compassionate, evidence-based care
