We are looking to hire a candidate who embodies professionalism, sound judgment, and meticulous attention to detail. The SFO - VIP Arrivals Greeter & Chauffeur Coordinator role requires someone who is self-directed, a creative problem-solver, and able to manage shifting conditions independently, without close supervision. You must be punctual, reliable, adaptable, and committed to maintaining a consistent weekly schedule.
Comfort with web-based mobile applications and the ability to track multiple moving parts at once are essential. You'll be juggling real-time information about flights, guests, and drivers, so thinking clearly and being focused and fully present are non-negotiables.
We’re particularly interested in candidates with experience in high-touch hospitality environments, such as hotel front desks, where professionalism, discretion, and customer service are foundational to success.
This role at SFO role is NOT suited for individuals who require close oversight, are easily overwhelmed in crowded, busy, or noisy spaces, or who struggle to adapt when plans change with little notice.
Job Description
As an on-site VIP Arrivals Greeter & Chauffeur Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to greet First and Business Class passengers arriving on a specific international flight and coordinate a seamless handoff to their pre-assigned private chauffeurs.
This specific international flight lands daily—Sunday through Saturday—at approximately 1:00PM. The actual landing time determines the start-time of your shift, which on any given day may be earlier or later depending on delays or early landings. Each shift lasts 2-3 hours, though we guarantee a minimum of 2 hours of pay per shift.
This is a very part-time position and there is currently no potential for it becoming a full-time role. We are looking for someone to cover 2 or 3 shifts per week.

You will work with one other person on this job. You will not be supervised on-site, and you’ll be responsible for managing your time, tools, and responsibilities with consistency and attention to detail.
