Coordination and participation in internal inspection & CFSA and external audits & ensuring 100% compliances of audit findings.

Organizing different safety promotional activities, organizing safety theme of the month and interact with shop floor employees.

Develop and implement emergency response plans and conduct drills to ensure preparedness for potential emergencies.

Mentoring for workmen for implementation of basic safe working culture.

Developing all Safety Pro's on all Safety Standards

Ensure 100% compliance of safety related statutory requirement as per state rules and Factory act. Must have through knowledge on SAP for raising PR

Incident Investigation: Investigate accidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement preventive measures
