Job Description:

• A shadow teacher is an individual who provides one on one support to special needs students to help in the development of their academic, social, and behavioral skills.
• A Shadow Teacher is a professional who helps children having disabilities like autism spectrum disorder (ASD), Specific Learning Disability, ADHD, behavioral issues, etc. on a one-to-one basis.
• They provide assistance to children with disabilities during mainstream schooling.
• Shadow Teachers are appointed by the parents of the child to help achieve the educational goals in the mainstream school.
• A Shadow teacher needs to be patient and connect with the child.
• Good communication and organizational skills are important qualifications for Shadow Teacher.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor degree
• Child handling in school: 1 year (Preferred)
