Shadow teacher

Role Overview

Divit MindSpace is looking for dedicated and compassionate Shadow Teachers to support children within inclusive classroom settings. In this role, you will act as a bridge between the child, the educator, and the curriculum, ensuring that the student remains engaged, supported, and integrated into the school environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Individualized Support: Provide one-on-one assistance to children in the classroom to help them navigate daily academic and social tasks.
• Behavior & Attention Management: Implement strategies to improve the child’s focus and manage emotional or behavioral challenges.
• Collaborative Care: Work closely with class teachers, peers, parents, and supervisors to ensure a holistic approach to the child’s development.
• Learning Facilitation: Modify or simplify instructions to match the child's learning pace and needs.

• Educational Background: Graduates or Post-graduates in Psychology or Social Work and Candidates with a Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Special Education Preferred
