The Center for People with Disabilities in Qatar is pleased to invite applications for the position of Shadow Teacher & Assistant Teacher to join our dynamic, multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized academic and behavioral support to students with Disabilities
- Assist classroom teachers in implementing learning activities and individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Support students in developing communication, social interaction, and daily living skills.
- Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, therapists, specialists, and parents to ensure student progress and wellbeing.
- Monitor and document student performance, behavior, and developmental progress.
- Encourage student independence, confidence, and participation in classroom and school activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Previous experience working with children with disabilities is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for inclusive education.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
