Job title: Accounting Specialist - Claims - Shared Service Center

Overview:

Accounting Specialist is integral to ensuring the efficient operation of accounting functions within the shared services environment. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, this role involves vendor rebates calculation, posting and Bonus acts issuance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Matching between posted claims and procurement trackers
  • Calculation for vendor periodic rebates based on agreed terms.
  • Prepare vendor rebates Posting on system and perform correction if needed.
  • Issuance for Vendor rebate acts and share with procurement team to get them signed.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and governance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a relevant field.

Experience / Skills:

  • 1-2 years of experience
  • Proficient command of English language.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of ERP and MS office proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for completing tasks accurately and on time
