About the Role
We are seeking a
Shared Services Analyst
to support the daily delivery of shared services across HR, IT, Administration, and Facilities. The role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, service coordination, accurate reporting, and compliance, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day shared services requests and operational tasks across HR, IT, Administration, and Facilities.

Coordinate daily activities with internal departments to ensure timely and effective service delivery.

Follow up on service requests, track progress, and ensure closure within agreed SLAs.

Support routine communication with external service providers and follow up on assigned actions.

Maintain accurate records, trackers, and documentation related to shared services activities.

Collect operational data and update reports and dashboards related to KPIs and service performance.

Ensure daily activities are executed in compliance with approved policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Support implementation of approved processes and contribute to improving service efficiency and quality.

Assist in ongoing improvement initiatives and adapt to changes in systems, tools, or processes.
Education & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
