We are looking for a detail-oriented SharePoint Analyst to join our client’s team in Omaha, NE. This role combines technical expertise with business insight to design, modernize, and maintain SharePoint environments that drive collaboration, efficiency, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable troubleshooting issues, supporting users, and creating solutions that streamline workflows and improve productivity.
Support administration of SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams, including resolving incidents and ensuring system stability.
Modernize and optimize SharePoint Online sites migrated from legacy SharePoint 2013, enabling improved maintainability and long-term scalability.
Build and maintain workflows, lists, forms, and dashboards that enhance team collaboration and decision-making.
Implement effective governance by establishing proper permissions, version control, and audit processes.
Develop centralized communication and knowledge-sharing hubs to improve cross-departmental collaboration.
Partner with business teams to identify needs and deliver innovative SharePoint solutions.
Lead and support new SharePoint development initiatives as business requirements evolve.
Provide consistent, knowledgeable engagement with stakeholders to ensure adoption and value from SharePoint solutions.
Protection against disruptive SharePoint Online feature changes.
More flexible and effective content restoration by converting subsites into site collections.
Improved site owner self-sufficiency, reducing reliance on SharePoint administrators and architects.
Technical Skills & Knowledge
Strong understanding of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Experience with tools such as PowerShell, Power Automate, and SharePoint Designer.
Ability to document processes, create training materials, and support end-user adoption.
Professional Skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions.
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving ability.
Capable of managing projects, coordinating tasks, and engaging effectively with stakeholders.
Proactive, self-driven, and adaptable to changing priorities.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with SharePoint or comparable enterprise platforms.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.
