Reporting to the Senior Technical Consultant, you will be a member of the Enterprise Collaboration Services BAU Support Team. Responsibilities will be wide ranging including providing 3rd line support to our customers for all M365 services, as well as supporting other teams within Technology as appropriate. There will be opportunities to work on projects, you will also be part of UK hours shift support.

Mandatory Skills

SharePoint Online
Microsoft Teams, One Drive for Business and associated collaboration tools.
M365 suite of products
Microsoft Cloud technologies including Azure & M365
Azure & M365 Services with migration and operational experience
AD, Azure AD, Microsoft Purview, and DLP
Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, and PowerShell desirable
2016 & MS Edge troubleshooting experience
implementing and managing TLS/DKIM/DMARC.
HTTP, SMTP, DNS, TCP/IP, and other web protocols

Secondary Skills

ITL certified (Desirable) with a knowledge of structured change management.
Knowledge of networking concepts
