Sheet Metal Worker / TIG & MIG Welder

Job Summary
inovad our sister company are seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Worker / TIG & MIG Welder - Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling sheet metal components with precision and expertise. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in welding and fabrication to contribute to high-quality projects in a dynamic environment.

Inovad Limited is looking for a capable, switched-on sheet metal worker who knows their way around TIG and MIG welding and fabrication. We’re a hands on, get the job done outfit, and we are looking for someone who shares our values and takes pride in their work.

Responsibilities

• Fabricating parts from sheet metal to detailed drawings
• TIG and MIG welding to a high standard
• Operating press brakes, guillotines, rollers, and other workshop machinery
• Working with mild steel, stainless, and aluminium
• Producing accurate, tidy work with minimal supervision
• Helping with general fabrication and workshop jobs as needed

Requirements

• Strong TIG and MIG welding experience
• Solid sheet metal fabrication ability
• A steady hand and proper attention to detail-
• Reliability and a solid work ethic
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
• Someone who fits in well with a small, practical team

Hours

• Monday to Thursday 07.30-16.30
• Friday 07.30-14.00
• 20 Days holiday + 8 bank holidays

Pay: £16.00-£16.50 per hour
