Shelfer – Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:

• Arrange and replenish products on shelves according to store standards and planograms.
• Ensure shelves are clean, organized, and properly labeled with accurate prices.
• Monitor stock levels and report low-stock or out-of-stock items to supervisors.
• Check product expiry dates and remove damaged or expired items from shelves.
• Assist customers in locating products and provide basic product information when needed.

Job Specifications:

• Minimum Matriculation or equivalent qualification.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise safely.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic communication and customer service skills.

Till Operator (Cashier) – Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
• Handle cash, credit/debit card, and digital payment transactions.
• Issue receipts and ensure proper billing procedures are followed.
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer and reconcile transactions at the end of the shift.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service while resolving basic customer inquiries.

Job Specifications:

• Minimum Intermediate qualification preferred.
• Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
• Good numerical and cash-handling skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.

Till Helper – Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:

• Assist the Till Operator by packing customer purchases efficiently and carefully.
• Help manage customer queues and maintain a smooth checkout process.
• Ensure shopping bags and packing materials are adequately stocked at checkout counters.
• Assist customers with carrying purchases when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization around the checkout area.

Job Specifications:

• Minimum Matriculation qualification.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Team-oriented, punctual, and willing to assist customers and colleagues.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
