Our mix, that awaits you:

• Supervising and managing production teams in alignment with production plans
• Monitoring and optimizing production performance
• Participate in decision-making for corrective actions, conduct root cause analyses.
• Contribute to the implementation of production processes during the launch of new products by collaborating with Product Development, and Quality departments.
• Managing and ensuring compliance with systems such as Quality and Environmental Health & Safety.

Ingredients, that you bring with you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering.
• 2-4 years of production experience, preferably in fmcg.
• Proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of food safety standards.
• Willingness to work in a rotating 3-shift system,6 days of week.
• Strong command of MS Office tools.
• Highly creative with an analytical mindset and proactive attitude.
• Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate harmoniously with others.
