Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production machinery during rotating day and night shifts
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical issues swiftly and efficiently
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying equipment optimization opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report on equipment performance
• Adhere to all health and safety policies, promoting a safe working environment at all times
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as an engineer within a manufacturing or food production environment is highly desirable
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work flexibly on rotating day and night shifts
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
• Knowledge of health and safety standards in an industrial setting
