Shift Engineer / Jr. Engineer

1) Online Quality status on each machine in first round and coordination with operators

2) To coordinate with Tool room for running mould issues

3) To coordinate with Maintenance team for break down/ running issues of machines

4) To check Production report of previous shift including break down

5) To take actions against reported online issues

6) Machine planning against existing order requirement

7) Trouble shooting of online issues which are not resolved by previous shift engineer

8) New mould and colour trials – Planning and execution

9) To plan manpower against daily requirement and machine planning

10) To provide monthly summary of moulding to management

11) To check and ensure auxiliary equipment status with maintenance team

12) To delegate manpower in shift and conduct on job training

13) To follow up with labour contractor for Manpower shortage in shift

14) To initiate colour change in the shift as per plan

To set process parameters for PET material moulding & Houseware products

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
