6. Qualification :-. - B.Tech. - Mechanical

7. Experience :- Min 6 Yrs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, monitor, and control daily production activities in the press shop as per the production schedule.
• Ensure optimum utilization of mechanical and hydraulic press machines.
• Coordinate with maintenance for die setting, tool changeovers, and breakdown reduction.
• Monitor key production parameters such as output, cycle time, OEE, yield, and rejection.
• Implement TPM, Kaizen, 5S, and other continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage manpower deployment and ensure material availability to meet production targets.
• Ensure in-process quality checks and coordinate with the Quality team for issue resolution.
• Control scrap, reduce production losses, and support cost reduction initiatives.
• Prepare shift-wise production reports, downtime analysis, and MIS.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, SOPs, and statutory compliance.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of press shop operations (sheet metal / stamping).
• Hands-on experience with press machines, dies, and tooling.
• Knowledge of TPM, OEE, Yield, Kaizen, 5S, and Poka-Yoke.
• Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of ISO / IATF quality systems.
