Shift Engineer Textile Industry

Responsibilities:-

• Prioritize urgent dyeing tasks and prepare machine-wise daily plans with job cards.
• Supervise dyeing process parameters (temperature, time, chemicals) and check color shade accuracy.
• Plan and manage dyeing operations using Orgatex System to ensure smooth production and fabric quality.
• Ensure timely drying of QA-approved materials and oversee loading/unloading safely.
• Track inventory of dyes/chemicals and coordinate with purchasing to avoid shortages.
• Conduct regular process checks, maintain records, and prepare shift-end reports.
• Focus on first-time quality output, minimizing rework, and meeting daily production targets.
• Check quality of dyed products (Melange, Jaspe/Siro, Flake Yarns, engineered fabrics) against standards.
• Support team with machine settings, chemical mixing, and dyeing techniques while enforcing safety rules.
