
Shift Incharge/Cafe Supervisor
Operations & Service - Supervise daily café operations, ensuring consistent service and product quality.
- Support café opening and closing procedures, including cash handling.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Manage inventory, stock rotation, and supplier coordination.
Team Management - Assist with staff scheduling, attendance, and performance tracking.
- Support training and development of new team members.
- Motivate and guide baristas and service staff to maintain high morale.
Customer Experience - Ensure every guest receives prompt and friendly service.
- Handle customer complaints or feedback with professionalism.
- Build relationships with regular customers and enhance brand loyalty.
Sales & Reporting - Assist in achieving sales targets and cost control objectives.
- Monitor daily sales reports and provide insights to management.
- Suggest improvements to increase revenue and efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in café, coffee shop, or restaurant operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of café operations, POS systems, and cash management.
- Good understanding of hygiene, food safety, and customer service standards.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office / POS Software).
- UAE experience preferred.
