Shift Incharge/Cafe Supervisor

Operations & Service
  • Supervise daily café operations, ensuring consistent service and product quality.
  • Support café opening and closing procedures, including cash handling.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Manage inventory, stock rotation, and supplier coordination.
Team Management
  • Assist with staff scheduling, attendance, and performance tracking.
  • Support training and development of new team members.
  • Motivate and guide baristas and service staff to maintain high morale.
Customer Experience
  • Ensure every guest receives prompt and friendly service.
  • Handle customer complaints or feedback with professionalism.
  • Build relationships with regular customers and enhance brand loyalty.
Sales & Reporting
  • Assist in achieving sales targets and cost control objectives.
  • Monitor daily sales reports and provide insights to management.
  • Suggest improvements to increase revenue and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in café, coffee shop, or restaurant operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of café operations, POS systems, and cash management.
  • Good understanding of hygiene, food safety, and customer service standards.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office / POS Software).
  • UAE experience preferred.
