About the Role As a Shift Lead, you're the backbone of daily operations. You're not just making drinks — you're running the floor, keeping the team focused, and making sure every guest has a great experience from open to close. This role is ideal for someone who's comfortable taking ownership, staying calm under pressure, and leading by example.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support team members throughout your shift
• Prepare coffee, matcha, and café menu items to company standards
• Ensure cleanliness and organization are maintained throughout the café
• Operate the point-of-sale system and oversee accurate transactions
• Keep the shift running smoothly during high-volume periods
• Communicate priorities clearly and step in where the team needs support
• Help maintain a positive, organized, and professional environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous café, food service, or hospitality experience preferred
• Demonstrated leadership experience — you've led a team or held a similar role before
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
• Reliable, punctual, and able to hold yourself and others accountable
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
