Shift Lead Barista

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Manage and support team members during your shift
• Oversee daily store operations and take responsibility for the shop’s overall performance
• Track stock levels, organize storage, and conduct regular inventory counts
• Ensure espresso-based beverages and other coffee drinks meet our quality standards
• Deliver warm, friendly customer service and resolve any customer concerns
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Motivate the team and solve problems in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Preferably experienced in barista work or café/restaurant supervision
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Skilled in staff management and inventory control
• Customer-focused and friendly
• A collaborative team player with a problem-solving mindset
• Flexible with working hours
