Tropical Smoothie Cafe is looking for energetic, friendly, and dependable Team Members to join our growing team in Richmond, Michigan. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service, and being part of a positive team culture, we'd love to meet you!

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare smoothies, food items, and beverages according to company standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the cafe
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions
• Restock supplies and assist with inventory management
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members to provide an outstanding guest experience

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
• Previous food service or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
