Join our dynamic team as a Shift Lead in Training, where you'll develop your leadership skills while gaining hands-on experience in retail operations. As a Shift Lead in Training, you'll be empowered to lead by example, support daily store functions, and prepare for future leadership responsibilities in a fast-paced retail environment.

Duties

• Assist with supervising daily store operations, ensuring smooth shift execution and excellent customer service.
• Support employee orientation and training initiatives to foster a knowledgeable and motivated team.
• Participate in training new team members, helping to select candidates aligned with our values.
• Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maintain an attractive shopping environment.
• Handle cash handling, POS transactions, and cashiering duties accurately while ensuring compliance with cash management procedures.
• Contribute to time management and task delegation to optimize store productivity.
• Support management with pricing strategies and sales management initiatives to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team lead experience within retail or customer service environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
• Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management and bookkeeping.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving our diverse customer base.
• Experience with retail math, POS systems, and retail sales techniques is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to handle multiple responsibilities such as cash handling, cashiering, and customer service simultaneously.
• Familiarity with training & development practices, payroll processing, and administrative tasks is advantageous. We’re looking for energetic individuals ready to take charge and make an impact in our vibrant store environment!
