Shift Lead (Specialty Coffee + Floor Leadership)

Role: Shift Lead - 9th & Colorado Location

Full-Time | Specialty Coffee + Cafe Service

You will:

• Run the floor during service with calm confidence and kind, clear communication
  
• Execute specialty espresso & coffee beverages with precision
  
• Serve as the go-to person on shift solving problems, anticipating needs, keeping flow smooth
  
• Support service efficiency, uphold hospitality standards, and lead by example
  
• Assist with opening/closing routines and cash handling
  
• Model the tone of the cafe: warm, gracious, and elevated

Coffee Craft Requirements

This is a specialty coffee environment - coffee knowledge is essential.

You'll thrive here if you:

• Have 2+ years of experience as a shift lead or key holder in a specialty cafe
  
• Are a natural communicator and good under pressure
  
• You take pride in your craft and enjoy working in an elevated cafe setting
  
• Have maturity, professionalism, and a guest-first mindset
  
• Believe that a well-run shift feels like choreography

Bonus (but not required):

• Experience with wine service or cocktail programs
  
• Interest in learning beverage pairing and bar techniques
