Spread Bagelry, Philadelphia's own Montreal Style Wood Fired Bagelry is coming to Atlanta!!!! We are currently hiring for all positions: Bakers, Cooks, Baristas, Prep Cooks, and Shift Lead/Supervisors.

Shift Lead Supervisor

As a Store Supervisor with Spread Bagelry, you will be responsible for supervising daily operations on the General Manager’s days off, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and supporting team members in delivering quality food and service. You’ll act as the point person when the manager is not present, helping maintain a clean, efficient, and friendly work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Open or close the store as scheduled and ensure readiness for business
• Supervise and support FOH and BOH team members
• Maintain high standards of customer service and food quality; ensure customers receive fast, friendly, and accurate service
• Assign tasks and breaks to staff during the shift and ensure productivity
• Resolve customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner
• Monitor food prep and product presentation
• Ensure all food safety and cleanliness standards are met
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate low stock to management
• Assist the manager with ordering on their days off
• Perform cash handling duties including counting drawers and bank runs
• Train and mentor new staff as needed
• Lead and motivate team members to meet performance and service standards
• Communicate effectively with management about shift performance, issues, or improvements

Qualifications:

• QSR Restaurant experience required
• 2+ years' experience as either a Barista or Line Cook
• 1+ year of Supervisory/Shift Lead experience
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to obtain ServSafe certification within 30 days of hire
• Ability to lead a team during a shift, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and handling complaints professionally
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
