Shift Leader

We are looking for a leader who is passionate about making people smile!

As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading team members, ensuring the Menchie’s Experience is upheld, and driving financial results during your assigned shifts. In addition, you will assist the store leader with the day to day operations, which may include ordering, education, making cakes, testing, inventory management, and cash management.

This is the global headquarters educational and testing location. Joining our team will provide you an opportunity to grow, foster your leadership skills, develop your business acumen, and give you a chance to impact your community, team, and Menchie's franchisees.
