This is a franchise position, and availability may vary by location. We welcome applications from all qualified individuals. Pay and position placement are based on experience and role. Position can range from shift leader with hourly pay ($12-$16/hour) all the way to General Manager with salary ($850-$1000/week) and full-time benefits.

Manager Responsibilities

As a manager, whether shift leader or general manager, you’ll play a key role in store operations and team leadership. You’ll be expected to:

• Lead by example, whether you're the designated manager on duty or not
• Ensuring company policies and procedures are always being followed
• Execute opening and closing procedures
• Take customer orders and ensure top-notch service
• Prepare products from start to finish with quality and speed
• Maintain a clean and organized environment
• Manage inventory, food and labor costs, and cash handling
• Delegate tasks effectively and support team development

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, and lift up to 20 lbs
• ServSafe Certificate preferred
