Shift Leader

We’re looking for a motivated and dependable Shift Leader to help oversee daily operations and lead our team at Wingstop. In this role, you’ll support management by ensuring smooth shifts, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards for food quality and cleanliness. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to step into a leadership role in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise team members during assigned shifts
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly
• Oversee food preparation and ensure quality and consistency standards are met
• Monitor speed of service and team efficiency
• Handle cash management duties, including drawer counts and deposits
• Train and coach team members on procedures and performance
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, and opening/closing procedures
• Communicate effectively with management and staff

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
