The primary function of the Store Manager is to plan, organize, direct, control, and coordinate daily restaurant operations.
Authority and Accountability
The Shift Leader is appointed by the Store Manager with the approval of Supervisor(s) and/or Director of Operations and receives authority from and reports directly to the Store Manager and/or Assistant Store Manager.
Responsibilities:
The Shift Leader shall be responsible for the overall daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts including, cost control.
