What will I do as a Shift Lead?

• Greeting each customer with a friendly greeting, and warm smile.
• Serving guests the food of their choice on the line.
• Answering any and all questions the guest may have of the menu.
• Provide every customer with an amazing experience to bring them back over and over, and coaching those on your shift to do the same
• Over seeing and helping to clean the line, lobby , and entire kitchen area to maintain a clean, safe, and organized place to work and serve every customer.
• Work as a team to accomplish all tasks given.
• Helping to open or close the restaurant.
• Responsible for counting and recording money on your shift
• Responsible for completing checklists assigned to you
• Making sure all team members stay on task
