Shift Manager/Bartender

Combustion Brewery & Taproom is a brewery founded in Downtown Pickerington with an additional Taproom in Clintonville. We are building a strong team of professionals who are passionate about craft beer and the craft beer industry to help us carry out our mission to deliver the freshest & highest quality craft beer; to offer excellent service; and to provide a fun and clean environment for our staff and customers. Our Taproom offers a selection of 10-20 regularly rotating craft beers made in-house and regular events (trivia, community events, tours, etc.). We are seeking a Shift Manager who is a great leader, is looking to grow with us, and loves craft beer as much as we do to serve our product to beer enthusiasts and the casual drinker alike.

You Have: Excellent communication skills Motivate all staff to complete all assigned tasks Act as manager when Director of FOH Operations is not there Safety as a top priority Excellent customer service skills The ability to delegate tasks
