We are looking to hire shift leaders to close and open our restaurant and run shifts in our location.

MUST BE 18 OR OLDER TO BE A SHIFT LEADER

A fun fast paced restaurant located at 7309-21 East Independence Blv Charlotte NC 28227 is growing our team . We are Looking for shift leaders/supervisors who are super friendly, outgoing and must have the ability to multitask.

Must have a reliable transportation

• Restaurant experience helpful, but not required. We will train the right person.
• This position is between 30-40 hours a week. Must be 18 years old or older . Fantastic starting pay and tip share program (averages an additional $3.00 per hour on top of your hourly rate) in a great environment. Minimum Average for the shift leader position
• Starting pay is between 11$-11.50$ plus tips so every key holder ends up making is $13.50-$14.00/hour Wonderful opportunities for advancement available for a right candidate . Looking for Days / Nights / Weekend Availability. Must have open availability

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Train team members to meet sales goals and provide excellent service
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are properly stocked

-place vendor orders

- Open and close the restaurant

-Open availability is a MUST( anytime and weekends)
- Process sales transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints in a professional manner

-Run smooth shifts and report to General Manager

- Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement sales strategies

- Proficient in basic math skills for cash handling and time management

Must be reliable and friendly

Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Supervise and train team members on proper food service procedures
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
- Assist in catering orders and coffee preparation
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly
- Support restaurant management in daily tasks and decision-making

Skills:
- Experience in restaurant management or hospitality industry
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of inventory management practices
- Familiarity with quick-service fast-food operations
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Prior experience in catering or coffee preparation is a plus
