Role Overview:

We are looking for a reliable Shift Manager to oversee daily operations at our petrol pump. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the shift, supervising staff, ensuring smooth customer service, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee daily operations of the shift and ensure efficient service delivery.

· Supervise and train staff, ensuring adherence to company policies.

· Handle customer queries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.

· Monitor and maintain stock levels, ensuring fuel is sufficiently stocked.

· Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the petrol station, following all health and safety guidelines.

· Maintain accurate records of sales, fuel inventory, and cash handling.

· Coordinate for stock replenishment when required.

· Generate daily shift reports and ensure proper cash management.

· Address any operational issues and ensure smooth workflow during the shift.

Requirements:

· Minimum Graduation or equant to Graduation.

· Fresh to 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a petrol pump or retail environment.

· Strong leadership and people management skills.

· Excellent communication and customer service skills.

· Basic knowledge of inventory management and cash handling.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

· Familiarity with safety and compliance regulations related to petrol stations is a plus.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
