Description
Pay: $19.50 per hour 
Schedule: Full-time, including evenings and weekends 
Key Responsibilities in this Role Include:
-  Lead a team of 11-15 employees to deliver a fast, friendly, clean experience 
-  Motivate and coach team members to meet performance and service goals 
-  Ensure smooth, safe, and efficient site operations during your shift 
-  Drive membership sales and customer satisfaction 
-  Identify and report facility issues, and help coordinate timely repairs 
-  Monitor car counts, chemical usage, and utility efficiency 
-  Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards 
-  Report updates to your Site Manager and District Manager 
A Typical Day Might Include
-  Completing a site walk to ensure safety and cleanliness 
-  Coaching team members on service and operations 
-  Supporting customers at the pay station or on site 
-  Ensuring cars move efficiently through the wash 
-  Training a new employee or reinforcing company policies 
-  Reporting employee concerns or maintenance issues 
Requirements
-  High school diploma or equivalent 
-  Prior leadership experience in a retail, service, or car wash environment preferred 
-  Positive attitude and ability to lead by example 
-  Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods 
-  Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions 
-  Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset 
-  Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
