Shift Supervisor

Carry out assigned instructions and set work priorities on a daily basis.
Supervise the quality of order picking and delivery operations.
Maintain regular communication with drivers and ensure cleanliness and hygiene of vehicles.
Plan and control proper stacking and placement of goods according to routes and safety rules.
Coordinate team activities, monitor performance, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
Support onboarding of new employees and help maintain a positive and cooperative work environment.
Assist in resolving operational issues to keep daily processes running smoothly.

Minimum completed high school education with experience in a similar role.
Strong communication skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to team goals.
Good organizational skills, practical thinking, and efficiency in problem solving.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and a valid forklift operator certificate.
