Summary
FINE Airport Parking was built on the FINE Experience—safe, seamless, and first-class service from arrival to return. As a Shift Supervisor, you lead that experience on shift by positioning teams, removing obstacles, and keeping service on time across lobby, curb, lot, shuttle, and detail touchpoints. You coordinate people, tools, and information so every guest interaction is welcoming, efficient, and consistent.
Essential Functions

Lead daily operations on shift and set priorities for lobby, curb, shuttle, valet, CER, and dispatch coverage.

Complete start-of-shift setup and walkthrough. Route phones to the on-shift lines per SOP, log into required systems, review the last shift’s reports, and confirm Traffic-by-Hour and other service reports to set the plan.

Monitor service metrics and adjust in real time. Balance shuttle loops and curb coverage and reallocate staff for peaks.

Maintain guest standards, support de-escalation, and ensure timely, professional communication with guests.

Ensure readiness of work areas and equipment including radios, headsets, boards/screens, and required supplies; verify uniforms and PPE use.

Coach and train team members in radio etiquette, service behaviors, and SOPs; document coaching per procedure.

Cover line roles when needed to protect service continuity, including shuttle and valet as assigned.

Complete end-of-shift handoffs and required reporting.

Verbally communicate clearly with guests and teammates in person and over radio, with or without reasonable accommodation. The primary operating language on shift is English.

Minimum Qualifications

Systems literacy with dispatch and operations tools; ability to read and act on service reports.

Preferred Qualifications

Supervisor or lead experience in hospitality, transportation, parking, or similar operations.

Experience coordinating multi-role frontline teams in peak and variable demand environments.

Safety-Sensitive Requirements (applies to all facility roles)

Maintain a valid driver’s license and meet company/insurer insurability criteria, annual MVR review.

Age 23+ and at least 2 consecutive years licensed due to shuttle coverage needs.

Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. solo and negotiate three steps while carrying.

Physical & Environmental Demands

Prolonged standing and walking with frequent indoor/outdoor transitions.

Vehicle operation with repetitive hand/foot controls and frequent entry/exit.

Regular lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs., including handling luggage on steps and racks.

Pushing/pulling carts and frequent bending and reaching to maintain lobby/curb readiness.

Work in active curb/lot traffic environments, including cones/signage placement.

Sustained radio and computer/monitor use at the dispatch workstation.

Indoor and outdoor exposure to heat, cold, precipitation, traffic, noise, and exhaust.
