Shingle Installer/ Roofer

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced shingler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years experience in asphalt shingle roofing. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Duties

• Perform shingle roofing installations and removal on residential properties.
• Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and effectively for various tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized construction site, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years experience in asphalt shingle Installation is required
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment used on construction sites.
• Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as required.

Minimum pay is $20/ hr. After evaluation on the job, salary will be evaluated based on prior experience level
