Shipment Team Member

Responsibilities:
-Preparing packages to be shipped out daily

-Prepare materials for packing

-Taking inventory for all shipping materials

-Creating shipping labels for all packages

-Cross training in other areas of the office

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and store operations effectively
- Ability to sell products and services to customers, meeting their needs and preferences
- Knowledge of inventory control principles and practices
- Familiarity with retail management procedures and techniques
- Ability to conduct employee orientation and provide training on company policies and procedures
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems for processing sales transactions
- Strong budgeting skills to manage expenses and maximize profitability
- Sales management skills to develop and implement effective sales strategies
