Role Overview

• Deliver superior customer experience through accurate, timely, and defect-free documentation.
• Adhere to SOPs and deadlines (e.g., vessel cut-offs) to prevent claims, penalties, or legal issues.
• Understand country-specific processes and account requirements to meet productivity and quality targets.

Core Responsibilities

• Handle documents within agreed timelines with zero defects.
• Provide accurate, detailed, and complete information on the first attempt.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external customers to build confidence.
• Address queries, clarifications, and amendments promptly.
• Identify process gaps and collaborate with team leaders for efficiency improvements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and cost optimization.
• Assist in new process migrations and organizational changes as per guidelines.
• Ensure smooth implementation of migrations and meet targets.
• Uphold company vision, values, and ethics through professional conduct.
