Shipping and Last Mile - Operation Team Leader

Salasa is seeking a dedicated Operations Team Leader to oversee and manage our SLS Express operations. This role involves leading a dynamic team, coordinating with couriers, and ensuring smooth and efficient dispatch processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining Salasa's high standards of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SLS dispatch processes to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with couriers to update and track shipment status.
• Drive continuous improvement and development of SLS operations.
• Ensure all shipments are delivered without loss or damage.
• Collect COD amounts from couriers and manage cash reconciliation.
• Monitor and follow up on RVP shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Resolve issues related to unclear shipment addresses.

• Perform other relevant tasks within the scope of knowledge and experience.
