Shipping and Receiving Specialist

Essential Duties:

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

• Ship inventory as indicated on sales orders/pick tickets.

• Receive inventory per receiving and system guidelines.

• Stock inventory timely and in accordance with warehouse layout

• Other duties as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 1 year of Parts or Warehouse experience

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

• Forklift certified or willing to obtain upon hire.

ADA Requirements:

• Stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, crawl, twist, reach or otherwise move frequently.

• Occasional repetitive motion and grasping.

• Occasional climbing to reach areas on equipment or racks.

• Lift, move or otherwise transfer up to 50 lbs. occasionally, >20 lbs. frequently.

• Typically sits, grasp items and performs keyboarding for frequent operation of a computer.

• Exposure to typical machine shop physical hazards which may include moving mechanical parts.
