Role Description

This is a full time, on site role for a Shipping and Receiving Supervisor located in Dammam. The Supervisor will oversee all aspects of the shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of shipments and deliveries. Responsibilities include managing inventory levels, coordinating with logistics and material handling teams, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Daily tasks involve maintaining proper records of shipments, optimizing workflows, and coordinating with other operational departments to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership and the ability to motivate and manage performance.
• Proficiency in Shipping & Receiving operations, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in managing incoming and outgoing goods.
• Experience in Inventory Control and Material Handling, including proper organization and documentation of stock and materials.
• Proficiency in Forklift Operation and understanding of safety procedures in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with applicable regulations and best practices for shipping and receiving operations.
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to operate in a fast paced, team oriented environment.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.
• Prior experience in a similar role, especially in the steel or manufacturing industry, is highly advantageous.
