About the Role

Fierce Firearms LLC is seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Shipping Clerk to manage outgoing products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role ensures accurate shipments, organized inventory, and compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

Shipping

· Pick, package, and prepare firearm components, accessories, and finished products for shipment

· Create shipping labels, bills of lading, and documentation

· Coordinate with UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight carriers

· Verify order accuracy and meet shipping deadlines

· Follow required packaging and labeling procedures for serialized components

Inventory & Warehouse

· Maintain organized stock areas

· Assist with inventory counts and audits

· Operate pallet jacks or forklifts (preferred)

· Track and handle serialized parts according to compliance standards

Documentation & Compliance

· Maintain accurate shipping records

· Follow all company and industry regulations

· Communicate effectively with purchasing, production, and customer service teams

Qualifications

· High school diploma or GED

· Previous warehouse or shipping experience preferred

· Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks

· Basic computer and data‑entry skills

· Strong attention to detail

· Ability to work both independently and within a team

Preferred Skills

· Forklift certification or willingness to obtain

· Experience with firearms or serialized inventory (preferred but not required)

· Familiarity with common shipping carriers

Job Type: Full-time
