Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping operations (import/export)
- Prepare and process shipping documents (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, etc.)
- Track shipments and provide real-time updates to stakeholders
- Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies
- Handle shipment scheduling, booking, and delivery timelines
- Resolve shipping issues, delays, or discrepancies efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and logistics data

- Experience with freight forwarding or trading companies is an advantage
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
