Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily shipping operations (import/export)
  • Prepare and process shipping documents (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, etc.)
  • Track shipments and provide real-time updates to stakeholders
  • Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents
  • Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies
  • Handle shipment scheduling, booking, and delivery timelines
  • Resolve shipping issues, delays, or discrepancies efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments and logistics data

  • Experience with freight forwarding or trading companies is an advantage
