Shipping Executive1. Shipment Coordination
- Execute shipments as per approved shipment plan and buyer delivery schedule.
- Coordinate with merchandising, production, warehouse, and quality to ensure cargo readiness.
- Follow up with CHA, freight forwarders, and transporters for timely movement of cargo.
2. Documentation Handling
- Prepare and verify all export documents:
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Shipping Bill
- Bill of Lading / AWB
- Certificate of Origin
- Other buyer-specific documents
- Ensure zero error documentation and timely submission to all stakeholders.
3. Customs & CHA Coordination
- File shipping bills and coordinate with CHA for smooth customs clearance.
- Monitor customs examination and clearance process.
- Resolve any customs-related issues promptly.
4. Cargo & Logistics Tracking
- Track containers / air shipments until final destination.
- Share shipment details and updates with merchandising and buyers.
- Ensure timely handover of documents after shipment.
5. Cost & Efficiency Support
- Support negotiation of freight and logistics charges.
- Control demurrage, detention, and storage costs.
- Report any additional cost deviations.
6. Compliance & SOP Adherence
- Follow company shipping SOPs and export compliance policies.
- Ensure adherence to buyer, country, and statutory export requirements.
7. Reporting & Records
- Maintain shipment records, checklists, and MIS.
- Prepare daily / weekly shipment status reports.
- Maintain all export documentation systematically.
8. Internal & External Communication
- Act as a communication bridge between factory, CHA, forwarder, and buyer.
- Escalate shipment risks or delays to the Shipping Manager.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
