Hiring: Shipping & Logistics Software Trainer

We are looking for a Shipping & Logistics Software Trainer to train clients and students on our shipping and logistics ERP software.

Requirements:

• B.Com (mandatory)
• PG Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain
• Good knowledge of logistics, shipping, warehousing
• Good communication & presentation skills
• Fresher’s with strong logistics knowledge can also apply

Responsibilities:

• Conduct software training (online & onsite)
• Explain shipment, tracking, billing, warehouse & inventory modules
• Prepare training materials
• Support clients during onboarding
• Test new features and updates
• Coordinate with technical/development team for issues and enhancements
• Collect feedback from users and suggest improvements
• Maintain training records, attendance and client progress reports
• Support internal team with product knowledge and demos
• Conduct refresher training sessions when needed

Salary: 10000-12000

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
