Ship/Receive Warehouse Associate

Duties

• Safely load and unload shipments using equipment such as pallet jacks, reach trucks, and forklifts, adhering to safety protocols.
• Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to track inventory movements accurately.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Organize inventory using proper packaging techniques for e-commerce and warehouse distribution needs.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment by following proper stock rotation and safety standards.
• Support shipping & receiving processes by verifying shipment details, preparing shipping labels, and documenting inbound/outbound freight.
• Previous warehouse experience with familiarity in shipping & receiving operations.
• Valid forklift certification or experience operating reach trucks and pallet jacks.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and Sage.
• Good math skills for counting inventory, calculating weights, and verifying shipment quantities.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy packages, loading/unloading freight, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy in picking & packing processes.
• Follow instructions and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

Pay: $20.25 - $25.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
