Shipyard Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Shipyard Operations Manager to oversee all vessel maintenance, repair, and service projects from intake to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming vessels and conduct technical inspections.
• Prepare repair scopes and identify parts/materials required.
• Coordinate procurement of spare parts and services.
• Plan and supervise daily activities of technicians and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and ensure completion within agreed deadlines.
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with vessel owners, suppliers, and service providers.
• Maintain accurate job records, reports, and project schedules.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in marine maintenance, yacht service, or shipyard operations.
• Strong knowledge of marine mechanical, electrical, and onboard systems.
• Experience in vessel inspections, troubleshooting, and repair planning.
• Proven ability to manage teams, resources, and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software is an advantage.

Preferred Background:
Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent marine industry experience.
