Shoe & Bag Restoration Technician – Dubai, UAE

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Shoe & Bag Restoration Technician to join our growing leather care team in Dubai. If you have experience in restoring and repairing premium shoes and handbags — this is your chance to work in a specialized, rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Restore and repair luxury shoes and handbags to original or near-original condition
• Use specialized tools and techniques for cleaning, polishing, stitching, dyeing, and refinishing
• Replace hardware, soles, zippers, linings, and other damaged components
• Treat and refurbish materials including leather, suede, nubuck, canvas, and exotic skins
• Perform deep cleaning, stain removal, color correction, and deodorizing
• Maintain a clean, well-organized workstation and handle materials with care
• Record service details and follow customer specifications precisely
• Ensure timely delivery of services with high standards of craftsmanship
• Provide excellent customer service, including consultation and aftercare advice

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in shoe/bag repair or leather restoration
• Proficient with hand tools, adhesives, dyes, and restoration products
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and quality
• Familiarity with luxury brands like Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Prada, etc.
• Basic English communication (Arabic/Hindi is a plus)
• Passion for craftsmanship and high-end service
